Bill Ritter, System Support Specialist, has been named FamiliesFirst Network’s Team Member of the Quarter for his exceptional dedication and support.

Bill goes above and beyond his duties, often stepping in to assist teammates during PTO, ensuring tasks are completed with the same care and attention he applies to all his work.

Marisela DeWitt shared, “He reaches out to new caseworkers to ensure they understand how he can assist them within FSFN and goes out of his way to keep their cases in compliance.”

Bill’s military background and commitment to service shine through in everything he does, from volunteering for holiday gift collections to supporting adoption audits. His quiet dedication and support make him a true asset to the team.
