After 25 years of serving children and families across Northwest Florida, FamiliesFirst Network will transition child welfare case management services to a new provider effective October 1, 2026. Our priority remains supporting children and families throughout this process. Until October 1, families should continue contacting their current case manager and FamiliesFirst Network office for assistance.
