Laura Goodall-Brown, HR-IS manager, has been named LifeView Group Team Member of the Year! Laura plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our team member data and ensuring our HR systems run efficiently. Her dedication and leadership have made a lasting impact on our organization.

Laura sought a career with LifeView Group because she wanted to work for a business within her local community—one whose services directly benefit others. Her role as HR-IS manager involves ensuring managing downstream and vendor systems, generating reports, conducting state and federal reporting and configuring software. She also handles error resolution in both Oracle and UKG, the organization’s timekeeping system.

What she enjoys most about her job is solving problems and developing solutions that make people’s work easier. Using technology to simplify manual processes is rewarding, and she finds great fulfillment in helping others by sharing knowledge, teaching and contributing to their success. “I love being able to take a complex process and streamline it, making someone’s job just a little bit easier,” Laura shares.

Laura values the collaborative spirit of her colleagues and clients, appreciating their willingness to work together and be part of the solution. She believes helping others at work and in the community is essential because it fosters joy, self-fulfillment and a sense of shared success. “The old cliché is true—it takes a village. I truly believe that when we support each other, we all succeed,” she says.

Her dedication was especially evident during the Oracle implementation project, where she worked alongside team members across the organization. This initiative required meticulous effort to ensure employee data was accurately captured, allowing employees to seamlessly access their records, pay slips and benefits while making it easier for managers to update team transactions and employment records.

Eric Kleinert, director of benefits and compensation, praised Laura’s critical role in the Oracle launch, calling her the glue that held everything together. “Laura helped create solutions that improved communication between systems and streamlined processes in ways that few people in the organization could. Her unique vantage point as the HR-IS leader made all the difference.”

Beyond her technical expertise, Laura’s impact is deeply felt among her colleagues. “One of the things I appreciate most about Laura is how well she works with the team,” Eric added.

Laura aligns deeply with LifeView Group’s mission, vision and values. As a natural helper, she is empathetic, a good listener and always strives to do the right thing for the right reasons. She prioritizes follow-ups and works diligently to ensure solutions that genuinely support team members.

Laura’s dedication and passion for helping others have left a profound impact on LifeView Group. Her hard work and leadership continue to shape our organization for the better. Congratulations,
