For three decades, Lynn Hare has been an essential part of our organization’s story. As the project manager in the Marketing Department, Lynn has become known not only for her professionalism and creativity, but also for the warmth, compassion, and genuine care she brings to every interaction across our family of companies.

“I’ve been with the organization for 30 years now,” Lynn shares. “In my role, I really love connecting with everyone across the organization. There’s always something happening, and it means a lot to help support our programs with the materials and resources people need.” Her joy in connecting with team members is at the heart of her work. Whether coordinating event materials or guiding a complex project, Lynn approaches each task with dedication and positivity, traits that have made her beloved across campuses and business lines.

When reflecting on the decision to stay at LifeView Group for three decades, Lynn points to one thing above all else, “I stayed because of the people. There’s a real sense of belonging here, and we all align with the mission and values of the company.”

A leader behind the Helping Hands program

While Lynn is known for her work in Marketing, her impact extends far beyond her department. She also serves as chair of the Helping Hands Program, a team member–funded initiative that supports colleagues experiencing crisis situations—from homelessness and eviction notices to medical emergencies, natural disasters, transportation breakdowns and urgent family needs.

The program’s work is deeply meaningful to her.

Lynn explains, “What hits me hardest is when people are struggling during the holidays. If someone becomes homeless or doesn’t have power or water, we step in right away. It’s important to help people feel safe.”

Her leadership in Helping Hands requires swift action, thoughtful coordination and unwavering compassion. Every request is reviewed with care and handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

Over time, the program has distributed well over $230,000 to support team members in crisis. Lynn has been involved in hundreds of these cases, often providing not only administrative support but emotional encouragement to those facing some of their hardest days. Among the many requests she has reviewed, one recent story stands out: a single mother whose vehicle broke down during the holidays.

“With the car needing major repairs and insurance costs piling up, she couldn’t afford Christmas for her children,” Lynn recalls. “Through Helping Hands, we stepped in. She told her kids things would get better, and they did.”

Stories like this fuel Lynn’s passion and highlight the life-changing impact of the program she helps lead.

Sandy Whitaker, vice president of corporate development – who oversees the Helping Hands program alongside Lynn – describes her leadership with deep admiration:

“Lynn has unwavering care and concern for our team members. She advocates for them, follows up with them and makes sure they have what they need. She goes above and beyond every single time.”

Sandy also emphasizes Lynn’s unique ability to live out LifeView Group’s mission, vision and values, “She focuses on helping people. That is who she is. She treats every person with dignity, takes care of them, and never settles. She even negotiates with repair shops or apartment complexes to reduce costs for team members. Lynn lives our values every day.”

When Lynn found out she had been named Team Member of the Year, she was genuinely moved. “I was overwhelmed. It was a great feeling. After so many years, it just solidified everything I have been doing.” Her humility and heartfelt service are exactly what make her such a deserving recipient of this recognition.
