Allison Hill is the chief executive officer for LifeView Group, the parent company of FamiliesFirst Network. She works from the LifeView Group corporate headquarters in downtown Pensacola. Allison previously worked for the regional public accounting firm Saltmarsh, Cleveland and Gund. In 1999, she joined LifeView Group, named Lakeview Center at the time, and became chief financial officer in 2003. In 2014, she was promoted to chief operating officer, and in 2016 became the third chief executive officer in the organization’s history. Allison is responsible for the daily functions of our $230 million, 2,500-employee human services organization that impacts lives in multiple states and the District of Columbia.
Allison graduated from the University of West Florida (UWF) magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting in 1992. She also received a Master of Accountancy degree from UWF and was licensed as a certified public accountant.
Allison serves in the UWF Executive Mentoring program and on the UWF College of Business Advisory Council. In 2022, she was inducted into the UWF College of Business Hall of Fame. She is a Lifetime Member of Leadership Florida, graduating from Cornerstone Class 36, and is a recipient of the 2022 Pinnacle Award from 850 Business Magazine. Allison is a member of the Rotary Club of Pensacola and serves on local and statewide boards of directors, including the YMCA of Northwest Florida and the Florida Network of Youth and Family Services. In 2023, Allison was honored with the Ethics in Business Award by the University of West Florida College of Business and Combined Rotary Clubs of Pensacola. The award recognizes a business professional who exemplifies “service above self.”
Allison grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida. She and her husband, Brian, have a son, Spencer, and a daughter, Madison.
