Autumn Cherry

Autumn Cherry serves as the Quality, Fidelity and Practice Improvements Manager for FamiliesFirst Network, supporting all four counties in Florida’s Circuit One. In this role, she leads efforts in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), ensuring fidelity to contract requirements, relevant policies and statutes. In addition, Autumn oversees risk management and critical incident reviews, working closely with state agencies and the Community-Based Care (CBC) lead agency on systemic quality reviews and improvement initiatives.

With 18 years of experience in child welfare and a Bachelor of Social Work from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, Autumn has been a driving force behind quality and practice advancements at FamiliesFirst Network since 2007. She frequently contributes to customer satisfaction initiatives, client relations and business development efforts.

Autumn has served as a State Reviewer on the Federal Child and Family Services Review and is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in the David Mandel Safe and Together model. She also represents FamiliesFirst Network on the Child Abuse Death Review Committees in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties.

Autumn is deeply passionate about turning insight from critical incidents into meaningful practice improvements and has actively facilitated and participated in workgroups focused on strengthening systems of care across the region.
