Bree Padgett

Bree Padgett

Bree brings more than 10 years of dedicated child welfare experience to her role. She oversees child protective programs across the region, managing workflows, budgets and quality assurance efforts. She also serves as a key liaison to courts, schools, mental health providers and community partners, fostering strong working relationships to support the needs of families in care.

Bree joined FamiliesFirst Network in 2015 as a family services counselor, now known as a child welfare case manager. In this role, Bree managed complex dependency cases and was selected to serve as a mentor for other case managers, providing guidance and support to staff.

In 2018, she was promoted to unit manager, providing supervision, coaching staff, reviewing documentation, monitoring compliance, managing performance measures and working closely with community partners to meet the needs of families.

Bree holds a bachelor’s degree in criminology with a minor in communications from Florida State University. She is a certified Child Protection Professional.
