Katy McHenry serves as the Process Improvement Team Manager for FamiliesFirst Network, bringing over 24 years of dedicated experience in the child welfare field. Since joining FamiliesFirst Network in 2001, Katy has led critical initiatives focused on enhancing organizational performance through project management, data analysis and continuous process improvement.

In her role, Katy oversees records, data systems, and strategic projects. She holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Florida State University. She is actively involved in several professional associations, including the FCC Subcommittee, the SW Ohio Project Management group and the FSFN Reporting Committee.
