Robert Gryskiewicz serves as the Policy and Training Manager for FamiliesFirst Network, where he leads training initiatives and policy implementation across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. Robert plays a key role in supporting staff development and ensuring alignment with best practices in child welfare.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Robert brings deep expertise and a commitment to enhancing outcomes for children and families. He began his career at FamiliesFirst Network in 2003 and holds the Child Welfare Case Manager Supervisor (CWCM-S) credential.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Science from the University of West Florida in 1995. His leadership in policy and training continues to strengthen the organization’s mission and impact throughout Northwest Florida.
