Lynne joined the FamiliesFirst Network team in 2002, when she was responsible for oversight of dependency case management services in Circuit 1. In that role, she was responsible for oversight and management of dependency case management services, as well as practice development to align with Florida Statutes and operating procedures. Today, Lynne provides oversight of our quality assurance programs, training, policy/program development and oversees data analytics. She works in partnership with stakeholders to support quality services for children and families in Circuit 1.
Lynne has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy State University. She has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Walden University and Master of Science in Counseling and human development from Troy State University.
