Rubi Fournier‑De Jesus serves as a team manager with FamiliesFirst Network, where she provides leadership and oversight for case management teams serving families across Escambia County. In this role, Rubi supports frontline professionals and oversees child protective programs across the region, managing workflows, budgets and quality assurance efforts. She also serves as a key liaison to courts, schools, mental health providers and community partners, fostering strong working relationships to support the needs of families in care.
Rubi joined FamiliesFirst Network in 2017 as a child welfare case manager and advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including senior case manager and unit manager.
She has been recognized for her leadership and performance, including being named FamiliesFirst Network Team Member of the Quarter and a 2024 Inweekly Rising Star, honoring young professionals who are making a meaningful impact in the Pensacola community.
Rubi is a graduate of the University of West Florida. Her work is rooted in persistence, accountability and a deep belief in family potential, even in the most complex circumstances.
